This study investigates the use of accounting theory in explaining social behavior co-pays transparency. Several
studies of transparent accounting principles and related research on
corporate social responsibility will be investigated. Specifically,
the analysis was positive accounting theory, and critical studies have
been conducted on the application of this theory. The
legitimacy of the theory as the theoretical basis for transparency and
corporate social in the past used to be, its advantages are discussed. Research
voluntary disclosure of accounting principles to explain social
transparency was not used in the past, in connection with its
application is assessed. It seems, links transparency of social and voluntary disclosure of accounting principles as a new field of research
