Abstract:
In this paper, a new method has been introduced to improve the quality of assessment and supplier selection is proposed. New
perspective of qualitative variables and quantitative variables in
evaluating supplier performance in terms of efficiency and effectiveness
in one of the largest car factory in Turkey is considered. The new method has been studied in two steps. In
the first step, qualitative performance evaluation by AHP (hierarchical
planning) phase in finding a job and then taken benchmark weight TOPSIS
(technique for order through similar Avlvbt solutions ideally) in
finding phase supply rating users are used to. Therefore,
qualitative variables to a quantitative variable for use in the method
of DEA (analysis covered) as output quality management system audit has
become known. In
the second step, DEA vague one input and four output variables, namely,
audit quality management system, guaranteed cost rate, defect rate,
quality management has been formed. As
a result, compared with the current system used by the Machine-Building
Plant, a new method of benefits and priorities for the decision to buy a
quality car towing cars through supplier selection (s) in a car factory
it seems in Turkey
