Small to medium sized companies (SME’s) play an important role in job creation and GDP growth in developing countries. In the case of Indonesia, small and medium companies, representing more than 90 percent of the entire company and is employment. However, in order to grow and contribute significantly to the economy, SME’s are faced with
some
limitations. One of the major constraints they face financial decline. Islamic banks may finance products to help solve this problem. Islamic collaborative projects, such as mhdarabah and musyarakah, the lender and the borrower integrates assets; therefore, Islamic banks allow higher profit project based on long-term risk profiles that result, in order to support economic growth. However, because Islamic banks attempt to avoid uncertainty, the most widely used designs are not listed. Therefore, the support of the government, and academia need to create innovative financing scheme involved so that all relevant parties can share mutual interests. Using data from Indonesia, this paper analyzes the data of the National Statistics Agency, Indonesia and Indonesia’s central bank and secondary data on SME checks Indonesia and Islamic banks
